In 2020-2021, she played as a freshman. She played 34 games, 3.6 rebounds, 2.2 Assists, and 1.2 Steals in 30 minutes per game. She was Named to the ACC All-Tournament First Team and was named to the 2020-21 ACC All-Freshman Team.
In 2021-2022, she played as a sophom*ore. She played 30 games, 5.2 rebounds, 2.1 Assists, and 1.1 Steals in 30 minutes per game. She holds the 18th position in ESPN’s ranking of the Top 25 Players in the NCAA Tournament.
In 2022-2023, she played as a Junior. She played 37 games, 4.5 rebounds, 3.2 Assists, and 1.5 Steals in 36 minutes per game. Hailey Van Lith represented the United States at the International Level. Some of her achievements are as follows: –
